Honorary Doctorate for the President of The Moredun Foundation

Many congratulations to President of the Moredun Foundation, Dr John Cameron CBE,  who has been awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Laws from the University of St Andrews for his contributions to agriculture, transport and education.

Dr Cameron who farms in Fife and Perthshire is a strong and passionate supporter of the Moredun Foundation and the livestock industry both in Scotland and internationally and he is recognised as the most influential sheep farmer in Europe. He has also served as president of the Scottish National Farmers Union and was chairman of the International Federation of Agricultual producers and the European Union Sheepmeat Committee.
