Biography
Kay farms in partnership with her husband and two sons at Newhouse of Glamis, specialising in pedigree livestock and breeding charolais and limousin cattle. They also have a hill farm and run a flock of 650 blackface and cheviot ewes.
In her spare time Kay enjoys helping out with youth development in the livestock industry. Kay is on the board of the Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland (RHASS), being part of the beef team at the Royal Highland Show, and she is also involved with the Scottish Association of Young Farmers Clubs (SAYFC). She is a past president of the British Young Limousin breeders Club.
Kay has an HND in Agriculture from SAC Edinburgh.
