Job Role
As a Research Scientist 2 in reverse vaccinology, I specialize in screening protein vaccine candidates using computational tools such as SignalP, DeepLoc, and DeepTMHMM. My work also focuses on proteomics and RNA-seq analysis to support vaccine development.

Blessed to be back in Science, empowered by the journey of motherhood.
Current Research
I am currently working in reverse vaccinology with the goal of developing a mucosally delivered vaccine against salmon lice. My research interests focus on understanding host–parasite interactions by integrating genomics, proteomics, and transcriptomics.
