Biography
Susie has recently retired as a commercial real estate lawyer with a particular interest in development. She was involved with Moredun (then the Animal Diseases Research Association) from its move from Edinburgh Gilmerton to Pentlands Science Park until she left private legal practice in 2018, she has worked closely with the PSP team on all legal aspects of the running of the Park.
She has built up over 25 years knowledge of PSP, combined with her wide experience in the field of commercial real estate, would be of great assistance Pentlands Science Park Limited.
- Extensive knowledge of the legal framework in which PSP operates and the history of the Park and its tenants
- A wide range of experience as a commercial real estate lawyer, including development and landlord and tenant work
- Experience of being on the executive board of Tods Murray LLP
