Biography
Matthew is a livestock technology and sheep management specialist with more than 25 years of practical sheep farming experience before becoming an advisor.
As founder of BLAS (Blyth Livestock Advisory Services), he supports farmers with EID systems, weighing equipment, FEC testing, livestock data management, training, and technical support. Matthew is a qualified SQP/RAMA and works closely with the National Sheep Association, serving on the South East Committee and the NSA English Committee.
His interests include sheep performance recording, animal health, digital livestock systems, and improving on-farm decision making through practical technology.
