Biography
Rory graduated from Harper Adams University in 2002 with a degree in Agriculture.
In 2013, Rory took on the running of the family hill farm following a 9 year period working in the South of England as a farm manager and farm consultant. He runs a 750 ewes over 800ha selling predominantly store lambs.
Rory also works full time off the farm for Tarff Valley as an agronomist, covering Ayrshire and Dumfries and Galloway.
He serves on various village committees and his hobbies include fishing and crook making.
