Anna Whitehead
Biography
Anna Whitehead (BVetMed, CertSHP, CertAVP, MRCVS) is a veterinary surgeon and director of Ribble Vets. She have been in this practise since graduating from the Royal Veterinary College in July 2000. Anna is predominantly a farm vet and enjoy all aspects of farm work, especially fertility management and disease prevention. Since being in practice she has attained the certificate in flock health and production and studied cattle medicine to complete the certificate in advanced veterinary practice.
Anna’s love of farm work stems from being brought up on a mixed sheep, beef and arable farm. Out of work she have two young daughters and enjoy doing outdoor activities with them.
