Biography
Kevin was born on the Isle of Lewis. He has a honours degree in Genetics from the University of Aberdeen and worked on fish farms and a pharmaceutical company before taking up post with Lewis Crofters Ltd in 2005. Kevin is a SQP and an active crofter on the island with 150 breeding sheep and a few cows.
He has held positions with the Crofting Foundation and his local Agricultural Show and is presently a Director of the Long Island Auction Mart and an area rep with the Lewis and Harris Sheep Producers Association. Outside of crofting Kevin enjoys playing sport, particularly football, rugby and shinty.
