Biography
Rachel graduated from University of Liverpool as a vet. Worked as a farm vet in North Wales, North Yorkshire and now in South-west of Scotland.
She grew up on a dairy farm that currently milks 700 Holsteins. She is particularly interested in youngstock management, infectious diseases and parasite control. In the future Rachel hopes to travel to New Zealand and the USA to look at different farming strategies.
In her spare time she enjoys athletics, playing hockey and helping on the family farm.
As well as being a member of the main Moredun Foundation Board, Rachel is a regional adviser for the North of England Board.
